We will coach you through personalised exercise programmes to support you achieve your goals. These programmes may be tailored to your lifestyle – common sense tells you that hitting the gym hard at the end of a long stressful day at work may not be the most beneficial of strategies.
Performing exercise at a lower intensity with the aim of rejuvenating the mind and body will increase your chance of success.

Spirit
How many of us know there is a conflict between what we do and what we want in life. We meet many people who say they want x, y or z but can’t seem to live the life that’s needed to achieve this.
In her book Brain Sharp Heidi Hanna, PhD, discusses her approach to optimal performance. She discusses the need to initially balance the brain by providing a sense of security and then incorporate the energy of our heart – the spirit. Our spirit is fueled by our passions, values and motivation.
